The Conversion Varnish from General Finishes has a pot life of 6-8 hours once catalyzed, allowing for easy re-coating within 1-2 hours. This versatile topcoat requires the use of an NCO Catalyst, with a recommended dosage of 13 ounces per gallon.

For the best application results, Conversion Varnish should be applied using a spray-on technique. The recommended tip sizes for various spray methods are as follows:

• Compressed Air: .040
• HVLP (High-Volume, Low-Pressure): .043-.051
• Airless: .009-.013

The air caps used for the spray application should be of a medium size to ensure optimal coverage and finish.
